Bio

I am an Ontario licensed REALTOR working in the greater Toronto area and a member of Toronto Real Estate Board. I was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 1994, an Electrical Engineer back home and a Licensed Electrician in Ontario.

Prior to being a real estate agent, I was the owner of House and Home Inspection business for ten years in which I inspect houses and properties for sale. I always had a natural interest in home inspection and how the systems work in the house and the uniqueness of each home has always caught my keen eye. I have a knack to see the potential of a home and how to make enhancements to please buyers, sellers, and home owners.

I help home buyers, sellers to reach their goals in a variety of situations. I equally versed and committed to helping our "kababayan", first time home buyers, Filipino immigrants, and caregivers to purchase their first property that they can really be proud of.  I take great pride in helping people to choose options and features to make any house your home.

I enjoy spending time with my family, religious community, serving in church functions, playing table tennis, cycling and many outdoor activities.
